Rules
Acceptable Use
What you may and may not make with photos on Eidora. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
Only photos you may use
Upload photos of yourself, photos you took, or photos you have permission to use. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. Ask the people in a photo before you upload it.
Not allowed
- Defamation: making a real person appear to do or say something they did not, to hurt their name.
- Sexual content: nude or sexual images of a real person, including "undressing" someone or putting their face on sexual content.
- Harassment: images made to mock, threaten, bully or shame a real person.
- Impersonation: passing off a generated image as a real photo of someone to deceive people, or posing as someone else (fake profiles, fake documents, scams).
- Minors: any sexual, violent or degrading content involving anyone under 18, and any other image of a child that is not appropriate.
- Illegal content and other people's rights: anything against the law, or that uses someone else's work or likeness without permission.
Report something
If something made on Eidora uses your photo or your likeness without permission, or breaks these rules, email support@eidora.io with a link or a description. We act on a report the day we receive it and take the content down.
What happens
Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that made it is banned. A model may also refuse a photo or a request it judges unsafe; a refused run uses no credits.
Part of our terms
These rules are part of the Terms of Service. They apply to every account, free or paid.
