About Eidora and your photos

Who we are

Eidora is made by a small independent team. Write to us at support@eidora.io about your account, a payment, a result that went wrong, or a request to delete your data.

Which AI models make your results

Every tool page names the model that makes its result, next to the price. The models come from OpenAI (GPT Image), Google (Nano Banana), ByteDance (Seedream, Seedance), Black Forest Labs (FLUX), Alibaba (Qwen Image, Wan), Kuaishou (Kling), MiniMax, ShengShu (Vidu), Ideogram and others.

They run at three model providers: fal.ai, kie.ai and Vidu. When you press Generate, your photo and your words go to the provider that runs that tool's model, which processes them under its own terms. Diagrams and charts are written by a text model from OpenAI or Google (GPT or Gemini) through fal.ai.

We do not train on your photos

Eidora does not use your photos or your results to train AI models, and does not sell them. Your results are private to your account: we do not show them on our pages, and our copy of each file is served only to the account that made it.

Each night an AI model looks at the previous day's image results next to the photos they were made from, to find tools that changed a skin tone, a face or the clothes. We use what it finds to fix those tools. It does not change your result.

How long we keep things

Results. Free: in your History for 3 days; a daily clean-up deletes the file once it is 7 days old. Pro: 30 days in History; the file is deleted once it is 34 days old. Ultra and Max: kept as long as you are on the plan. If you move to a plan that keeps less, its limits apply to your older results too.

Photos you upload. A photo you upload but never make a result from is deleted by the daily clean-up once it is a day old. A photo you made a result from is deleted with that result: by the same clean-up (Free once it is 7 days old, Pro 34 days; on Ultra and Max it stays with your results), or when you delete the result in History or delete your account. If another result that is still kept used the same photo, the photo stays until that result goes too.

Records. What you made, with which tool and for how many credits, is kept for our accounts after the files are gone, until your account is deleted. Payments are kept by Stripe.

How to delete

One result: open History and press Delete. The result's file and record are deleted at once, and the photo you uploaded for it too, unless another result still uses it.

Your whole account: on your Account page, press Delete account and type DELETE (cancel an active plan in billing first), or email support@eidora.io from the address you sign in with. Deleting an account removes every photo and result stored for it, its History, credits and records, and your sign-in. Unused credits go with it. Payment records stay with Stripe.

Other services we use

Supabase (sign-in and database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare R2 and Vercel Blob (storing photos and results), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Microsoft Clarity (masked visit recordings on public pages: photos and what you type are never recorded). The Privacy Policy has the details.
