By creating an account or using Eidora, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Service Scope
Eidora provides AI-powered image and video generation, editing, and enhancement tools accessible through eidora.io. Our tools use third-party AI models to process your uploads and generate results. Output quality may vary depending on the input and the specific model used. We continuously improve our tools but do not guarantee specific results. Some features may be labeled as beta and are subject to change.
Accounts, Credits, and Billing
You may create a free account using email, Google, or GitHub authentication. Free accounts receive 180 credits per month. Paid plans (Pro, Ultra, Team) provide additional credits, HD exports, and commercial use rights as described on our pricing page. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Eidora to generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. You must not upload images of people without their consent. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Generated Output and Ownership
You retain ownership of the images you upload. For AI-generated outputs: Free plan results are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Paid plan results (Pro and above) include commercial use rights, meaning you can use them in products, marketing, and client work. You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws. Eidora does not claim ownership of your generated outputs but reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
Liability and Disclaimers
Eidora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Eidora after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the service and delete your account.
