This policy applies to all Eidora services at eidora.io. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
What Data We Collect
We collect account information (email address, name, profile picture) when you sign up via email, Google, or GitHub. When you use our tools, we temporarily process the images you upload for AI generation. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, feature usage, device type) to improve the product. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment information — we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
How Data Is Used
Your uploaded images are processed solely to generate AI outputs and are not used for model training. Account data is used to manage your session, credits, and history. Analytics data helps us understand which tools are popular, fix bugs, and improve performance. We never sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
Storage And Retention
Uploaded images are processed in memory and deleted from our servers within 24 hours of generation. Generated results are stored according to your plan: Free accounts keep 3 days of history, Pro keeps 30 days, and Ultra plus Team plans keep full account history. You can delete your generation history at any time from your account settings. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
Eidora uses the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and CDN), and AI model providers (for image and video generation). Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes data according to their terms. We select providers that meet industry security standards.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your generation history from your account settings. To request data deletion or ask privacy-related questions, contact us at support@eidora.io. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days. If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, additional regional privacy rights may apply.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We use basic analytics cookies to understand site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Eidora after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
