This policy applies to all Eidora services at eidora.io. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
What Data We Collect
We collect account information (such as email address, name, and profile picture) through the sign-in methods currently shown by Eidora. When you use our tools, we process uploaded media for AI generation. We also collect bounded first-party analytics events such as page and feature usage. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes payment information — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How Data Is Used
Uploaded media is used to run the generation workflow, including processing by the selected third-party AI provider under that provider's terms. Account data is used to manage sessions, credits, and history. Bounded analytics data helps us understand product usage, fix bugs, and improve performance. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Storage And Retention
Uploaded media is not added to saved account history as a reusable input asset. Access to saved generated results is limited by plan: Free accounts have 3-day history, Pro has 30-day history, and Ultra has full account history. A history access limit does not promise immediate physical deletion from storage or backups. You can delete an individual generation, and confirmed account deletion removes the account's active stored assets and records.
Third-Party Services
Eidora uses the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and CDN), and AI model providers (for image and video generation). Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes data according to their terms. We select providers that meet industry security standards.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Current account controls support generation deletion and confirmed account deletion; no self-service data export is promised. For other privacy requests, contact support@eidora.io. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We use basic analytics cookies to understand site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Eidora after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
